What makes a "luxury chalet"?

Defining a luxury ski chalet is difficult, as it means different things to different people, but the definitions we have used are that the ski chalet itself needs to provide all the creature comforts, all rooms should have ensuite facilities, catering should be of a very high standard, and the all round service should be excellent.

Quite a few of these chalets also have luxury features such as a sauna, jacuzzi, hot tub, and of course that warming log fire!!
